We are delighted to announce Open Disclosure Week taking place from 2^nd - 8^th  October 2023 within Mid West Community Healthcare. The purpose of the week is to raise awareness of the importance of open disclosure for patients and service-users, their support persons and caregivers - all of whom have a crucial role to play in open disclosure and in improving patient safety generally.

Each day throughout the week our open disclosure champions who have been appointed from each division will be in various locations across the Mid West Community Healthcare promoting and raising awareness of Open Disclosure.
