Last chance to register - HSE Steps to Health 2023!

The HSE Steps to Health Challenge is back for 2023 and will take place from May 8th to June 11th.

This much anticipated annual event steps is a five week walking challenge that supports health care staff to walk more. Staff can participate in teams of 2 to 10 people.

The aim is to get us walking and counting our steps daily. Steps can be accumulated in many ways such as taking the stairs instead of the lift or walking during our breaks and after work.

Registration is open at https://bit.ly/3TyxjLb, Teams are required to register for the Steps to Health Challenge before Wednesday 19 April if they require step counters.

Registration closes a week later, on 26th April, for teams that do not require step counters

All participants who register can avail of a free pedometer to track their step count.
