Physical activity is for everyone. Even a small amount of activity can improve how you feel. Being physically active can help you feel better both mentally and physically. So why not start today!

One way to be more active is to log onto our free and easily-accessible health and wellbeing exercise videos below. The videos cover Strength and Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga.

Each series consists of eight classes of about 30 minutes. These videos, starting at a beginner’s level, are led by qualified exercise instructors. Whether you are in the work place or working from home, on your lunch break or with work colleagues, why not add these exercise videos to your day, to allow you to build up your physical activity in a healthy and sustainable way.
