Staff throughout HSE Mid West Community Healthcare  are urged to take the Your Opinion Counts Staff Survey which has been extended for 2 weeks. You now have until Wednesday 14 June to participate and enter a draw to win a €300 One4All voucher.
 
You will need to enter your health service email address to take the survey to verify that you are a health service employee. This will not link you to your completed survey in any way.

If you do not have a health service email address, call the survey helpline on 091 775 953 for an access code.

The helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm.

Chief Officer, Maria Bridgeman has thanked all those who have already completed the survey and urged others to do so before June 14th:
