Colleagues

Today Sunday 3 December is International Day of People with Disabilities. It is a day to raise awareness about disability, highlight some of the challenges that people with disabilities face in the workplace, and promote the importance of an inclusive work environment.

Le Chéile is our network for employees with disabilities, long-term health conditions or neurodiverse conditions and their allies.

Our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion team has recorded a webinar to encourage understanding and awareness about disability and promote the importance of an inclusive workplace culture.
