In this update Paul asks everyone to take the Your Opinion Counts staff survey. The survey is open until midnight on Sunday, 3 October. It takes 15 minutes to complete and can be completed on any device, including personal devices, mobile phones and laptops, at any time.
Paul also congratulates the finalists and winners of the 2021 Health Excellence Awards and highlights World Patient Safety Day.
