Updated overpayment notification process

The National Financial Regulation (NFR) B3 Employee Administration and Payroll policy has been updated. People will now receive 1 overpayment notification letter instead of up to 3 letters.

Overpayment notification letters are issued where an overpayment is greater than €200. The letter outlines the background to the overpayment and the proposed repayment schedule.

If you need a change to be made to the repayment schedule, you must make a request before the deadline outlined in the letter. Otherwise repayment will begin as stated in the letter.
