Time: 6 Days of 6 workshops (run either across consecutive days, weeks or months.

What is it about? Preventative interventions aimed at building understanding, resilience and regulation techniques around anxiety and other mental health issues. The programme uses music and creative arts as tools for engagement and retention.

Who is it for? Primarily targets teenagers, but can also adapt for adult participants.

Cost: Free to participants, although there is a contribution paid by the school or other host organisation.

Where is it on? Limerick, Clare & Tipperary.
