What is it about? To offer young people the opportunity to promote & protect their mental health over the summer holidays, using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Give, Be Active, Keep Learning, Connect, Take Notice.

Who is it for? 12 - 18 year olds.

Cost: Minimal dependent on activities chosen.

Where is it on? North Tipperary.
