Minding your Wellbeing Training Programme

Colleagues - a quick message to inform you of the Minding Your Wellbeing training programme open session due to take place Monday 9th of October 10am -4.30pm in the South East Wing, St Joseph’s Campus, Mulgrave Street, Limerick. This is a one-day workshop offered by Health Promotion & Improvement, Health and Wellbeing, to support staff to care for their own mental health and wellbeing and to build good self-care practices for every day.
